We’re committed to providing high-quality products and great customer service 💛. Orders usually ship out within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends), with standard shipping taking about 7–12 business days 📦. For pre-orders, please allow up to 14 business days.
If something’s not quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery—as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging ✉️. For refunds, just contact us within 7 days and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note: shipping costs aren’t refundable unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake 🚚❌.
Return shipping is on us if it’s our error or a defective item. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping. Certain items—like face masks, earrings, undergarments, gift cards, and digital downloads—can’t be returned for hygiene reasons 🙅♀️.
