Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at THYWILLONLY KIDS. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return/refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.


Shipping

Standard Shipping Time: Orders ship within 7–12 business days after fulfillment.

Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-order may take up to 14 business days to ship after fulfillment.

Processing Time: Orders usually leave our warehouse within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends).


Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

1.2 To start a return or exchange, contact our support team at orders@thywillonlykids.store or initiate the process through your order page.

1.3 For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once we receive and verify the original item. Any price difference will be addressed accordingly.


Refunds

2.1 Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund. Include your order number and reason for the request.

2.2 Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

2.3 After receiving and verifying the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.4 Please allow additional time for your payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.


Return Shipping

3.1 If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover the return shipping. Contact us first for assistance.

3.2 If the return is for any other reason (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

4.1 For hygiene reasons, face masks, earrings, and undergarments are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

4.2 Gift cards and digital downloads are not returnable or refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 If your item is damaged or defective, contact us right away with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our return/refund policy conditions.

Do not send back your purchase without return confirmation.
