For refunds, just contact us within 7 days and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note: shipping costs aren’t refundable unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake 🚚❌.

Return shipping is on us if it’s our error or a defective item. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping. Certain items—like face masks, earrings, undergarments, gift cards, and digital downloads—can’t be returned for hygiene reasons 🙅‍♀️.
